The following terms apply to deliveries within Switzerland. Before the order is completed, checkout displays the binding options available for the specific basket.
Delivery charges
- Slower “Economy” delivery: CHF 9.00
- “Priority” express delivery: CHF 9.00
- Free delivery: from CHF 50.00 in goods
Thresholds apply to the value of goods after discounts and vouchers, excluding delivery charges and surcharges.
Delivery
Depending on the warehouse and availability, we dispatch with Schweizerische Post, Planzer or another logistics partner identified during the ordering process. Transit times are non-binding estimates and begin after payment has been received or authorised. A tracking number generated on the dispatch date does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already been scanned by the carrier.
Delivery address and redelivery
Please provide a complete, accessible delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect details, failure to collect or redelivery requested by the customer may be passed on.
